If you wish to diagnose your children, you will need to create a new registration profile with a different email account. You should provide your children's personal data in the new profile. During the registration process, you will have to confirm that you are the parent.

Yes, according to Directive 2012/52/EU, EU member states should make efforts to ensure that prescriptions issued in one member state are recognized in another member state. AIP Clinic provides prescriptions to adhere to these specific conditions; however, we are unable to guarantee that the prescription is available in all Member States, and we cannot guarantee that all pharmacies will provide all prescribed medicine for our patients. Please note that some medicines may not be authorized for sale or may not be available in another country, even within the EU.

Typically, results are sent within 24 hours. If you do not receive a diagnosis within three working days, you have the option to initiate a new consultation at no additional cost.

After your first log-in, you will be required to enter basic registration information such as gender, date of birth, a national ID card number (alternatively, a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) number or passport number) and your address. You can update your details at a later stage by accessing the "My Account" section.
